Overview
The Marketing hub brings Broki's growth tools together on one page: Feature Sheets, Web Forms, Calculators, Lead Magnet, Adopt a Mortgage, QR Codes, and Rhythm. Use it to make listing flyers, capture leads from your website and social posts, create QR codes, and track your weekly business habits.

Most tools produce a link, embed code, or PDF that you share outside Broki. Leads that come back through them land in your contacts and Lead Pipeline.

Before you begin
Set branding, your Application Link, and lead stages before you share links from Marketing.
Your workspace needs an active subscription.
Set your company name, logo, and colours in Settings > Branding & Assets > Company Profile. Most marketing tools use them.
Several tools use your personal public link. Set up your Application Link in Settings > Client Experience > Applications first.
Create your lead stages, so leads from forms and quizzes land in the right column.

These steps cover opening Marketing, what each tool does, and which tool fits a job.
Open the Marketing hub
Open the Marketing hub from the sidebar and pick a tool from the list.
In the sidebar, click Marketing.
Pick a tool from the Tools list on the left. On a phone, use the tabs across the top.
QR Codes has the sub-sections Create QR and My QR's. Rhythm has the sub-sections Today, Week, Templates, and Analytics. Sub-sections appear under the tool when it is selected.

Lead Magnet. Three ready-made quizzes (affordability, can I afford this home, equity) that capture leads. See Lead magnet quizzes.
Adopt a Mortgage. Your mortgage track link for homeowners who aren't buying yet. See Adopt a Mortgage (mortgage track).
QR Codes. Create branded dynamic QR codes, edit where they point later, pause them, and download PNG or SVG. See QR codes.
Rhythm. Your daily operating cadence. Create a template for each recurring action, such as realtor follow-ups or a pipeline review. Mark blocks complete in Today, see your schedule in Week, and track completion in Analytics.
Pick the right tool for the job
Pick the right tool for the job from the kind of share or routine you need.
Listing or open house: Feature Sheets, with a QR code linking to your application.
Your website: Web Forms, Calculators, or an embedded Lead Magnet quiz.
Social posts: your Lead Magnet personal link or Adopt a Mortgage link.
Homeowners not buying now: Adopt a Mortgage.
Staying consistent: Rhythm.
Practical examples and other ways to use it
These examples combine Marketing tools for an open house, a website, renewal season, and a weekly routine.
Open house kit. Make a feature sheet, create a QR code to your Lead Magnet personal link, and print both.
Website refresh. Embed a web form on your contact page and the affordability quiz on your home page.
Renewal season. Email past clients your Adopt a Mortgage link.
Weekly routine. In Rhythm, create "Realtor follow-ups" as a weekly template and check Analytics monthly.
Common mistakes and how to avoid them
These mistakes leave branding, personal links, or a downloaded sheet unfinished.
Skipping branding setup. Sheets and public pages show default colours or "Your Company". Set your branding in Settings > Branding & Assets > Company Profile first.
No Application Link. Personal lead magnet links and the Adopt a Mortgage link aren't available. Generate your Application Link in Settings > Client Experience > Applications.
Expecting feature sheets to be saved. They're one-time PDF downloads. Download before you leave the tab.
Sharing company links when you want credit for the lead. Use your personal links, so leads are assigned to you.
Troubleshooting
Use this section when Marketing is missing from the sidebar, branding will not load, or a tool has no link.
Marketing isn't in my sidebar
Marketing is missing from the sidebar when it is hidden in your preferences or the workspace has no active subscription.
Possible causes
It's hidden in your sidebar preferences.
Your workspace doesn't have an active subscription.
Check first
Check your sidebar options. See Sidebar and display preferences.
To fix
Turn Marketing back on in your sidebar preferences.
If you're asked to subscribe, ask your admin to check billing.
Confirm it worked
Marketing appears in the sidebar and opens the hub.
Contact support if
It's enabled and still missing. Send a screenshot of your sidebar.
"Failed to load organization branding"
This message appears when company settings could not be loaded for a Marketing tool.
Possible causes
Your company settings couldn't be loaded.
To fix
Reload the page.
Check that your company profile is filled in.
Confirm it worked
Feature Sheets opens with your company name.
Contact support if
The message stays after a reload. Send the page name, the time, and a screenshot.
A tool's link or embed code is missing
A tool's link or embed code is missing when the company or personal public link is not set up.
Possible causes
Your company or personal public link isn't set up.
To fix
Follow the message on that tool. For example, generate your Application Link.
Return to the tool.
Confirm it worked
The link or embed code appears.
Contact support if
The links stay missing after setup.
Tips and best practices
These tips keep public links tested and personal links used when you want the lead assigned to you.
Test every public link with fictional details before you share it.
Use personal links for anything you post yourself.
Combine tools: put a QR code on a feature sheet, and a booking link on your lead magnet results.
Review new leads in the Lead Pipeline daily during a campaign.
Limitations and important behavior
These limits cover subscription access, unsaved feature sheets, and what Marketing does not send.
