Overview
The Community page is where you join the Broki Community on Discord, refer another broker for an account credit, and request a free one-on-one strategy call with the Broki team. It also describes what's inside the Discord server, including the weekly Broki Bootcamp coaching sessions.
Also called: Discord community.
Anyone on your team can use it. The Discord server is for peer discussion, feature requests, product news and general support questions. Referrals and strategy calls are both requested by email to [email protected].
At a glance
The Community page sends you to Discord or opens an email to [email protected]. It is not in the sidebar.
Open it from the Support Center page with Join Community or Join Discord Community. Support Center opens from the footer Support button when live chat isn't available.
Discord uses your own Discord account. Joining is free and does not use your Broki login.
A referral credit is applied after the referred broker's 14-day free trial ends and they stay on. The page doesn't state the credit amount.
A strategy call is a free 30-minute one-on-one. The team replies by email to set the time.
The diagram shows those three actions from the Community page.
Before you begin
Before you use the Community page, you need your own Discord account for the server, and email for referrals and strategy calls.
Discord is a separate service. You join with your own Discord account; your Broki login isn't used.
The Community page isn't in the left sidebar. Open the Support Center page from the footer Support button when live chat isn't available, then select Join Community or Join Discord Community.
Referral credits and strategy calls are handled by the Broki team by email. There's no referral link or booking calendar in the app.

Refer a broker for a credit
Refer a broker for a credit by emailing the Broki team your friend's name.
The diagram shows the same timing: the credit is applied after the 14-day free trial ends and they stay on.
Tell the broker about Broki and ask them to sign up.
On the Community page, under Refer a broker, earn a credit, select Email us your referral. Your email app opens with a message to [email protected].
Add your friend's name and send it.
Your account is credited once their 14-day free trial ends and they stay on. There's no limit on how many brokers you can refer.

The team replies to schedule a free 30-minute one-on-one call. In return, they ask you to post an honest review on social media or Google after the call.
Join Broki Bootcamp
Join Broki Bootcamp to open the same Discord invite as the community button.
Under Broki Bootcamp, select Join the bootcamp. This opens the same Discord invite.
Bootcamp is a weekly coaching session on systems, processes and getting the most out of the CRM.
Practical examples and other ways to use it
These examples cover a new hire joining Discord, posting a feature idea, and booking a strategy call after setup.
New team member: one way to use this is to have each new hire join Discord in their first week, so they see new-feature announcements and bug-fix notes.
Feature idea: post it under feature requests so other brokers can vote on it.
After setup: request a strategy call once your pipeline and templates are set up, so the call can focus on your workflow.
Common mistakes and how to avoid them
These mistakes come from a referral email without a name, expecting a credit during the trial, or posting client details in Discord.
Forgetting the friend's name in a referral email. Without it, the referral can't be tracked. Make sure the name is in the email before you send it.
Waiting for a credit before the trial ends. The credit comes only after the referred broker's 14-day trial ends and they stay on. Check again after that.
Using Discord for account-specific problems. Discord is a public community. For issues with your files or account, use Support instead, and don't post client details in Discord.

Tips and best practices
These tips make a referral matchable and keep client details out of the public server.
Send the referral email when your friend signs up. The team needs their name to match the referral to your account.
Keep client details out of Discord. It's shared with other brokers.
Limitations and important behavior
These limits cover the missing referral dashboard, the missing booking calendar, and the separate Discord server.
There are no referral links or referral dashboard in the app. Referrals are tracked by email.
There's no in-app booking calendar for strategy calls. The team replies by email to confirm a time.
