Overview
The AI Underwrite tab on mortgage files isn't available yet. It doesn't appear in the file tabs, in Mortgage file tabs, or in Mortgage file landing tab.
To review a deal today, use the Application tab for the borrower's application, the Documents tab for the uploaded documents, and the Compliance tab for compliance items.

Step-by-step instructions
Use these steps to review a file while AI Underwrite isn't available.
Check an application for missing information
Check an application for missing information with Validate application on the Application tab.
Open the mortgage file and select Application.
Select Actions > Validate application.
Fix the fields Broki flags. Broki shows "Application is complete and ready for Velocity" when nothing is missing.
The Application tab only appears if Show Broki application tab & link is on under Settings > Applications.
Review the documents
Review the documents on the Documents tab against the application.
Open the mortgage file and select Documents.
Review the uploaded documents against the application.
Limitations and important behavior
These limits apply while AI Underwrite isn't released.
AI Underwrite isn't released, so you can't turn it on in settings.
Nothing in Broki submits a file to a lender, Velocity, or Finmo for you. Each push or send needs your action and confirmation.
Collaborators from another organization can never be given access to AI Underwrite.
