Overview
Settings > Company Profile holds your organization's name, contact details, timezone, logos, brand colours and business hours. Settings > Email Branding controls how campaign and template emails look: their colours, the Apply Now and calculator links under the advisor photo, your social profiles, reply-to and support contacts, and the legal footer.
Also called: campaign branding.
Set both up once, when you start using Broki, and revisit them after a rebrand. Clients see your logo in the client portal, and your colours and footer text in the emails you send.
At a glance
At a glance, Company Profile is your logo and contact details, and Email Branding is how campaign emails look.
Company Profile holds your name, contact details, timezone, logos, brand colours, and business hours. Saving it needs Edit Settings.
Light and dark logos appear in the app header. The Brokerage logo is used on feature sheets. Client Portal Logo Scale sets the logo size in the portal footer.
Email Branding sets campaign email colours, Apply Now and calculator links, social profiles, reply-to, and the legal footer.
Anyone with Company Settings can edit Email Branding. Broki adds a per-recipient unsubscribe link automatically.
Company Profile has contact information, branding, and business hours. Email Branding has email styling, signature links, social profiles, legal footer text, and a preview.
Before you begin
Before you edit branding, check which permission each page needs and that logos are PNG or JPG under 2MB.
Company Profile: you need the Company Settings, Access Admin Settings and Edit Settings permissions. Edit Settings is off by default for non-admin roles, so in practice admins edit this page. Anyone else sees "You can view settings but do not have permission to edit them."
Email Branding: you need the Company Settings permission, which is on by default for every role. Fields are read-only without it.
Logos and emblems must be PNG or JPG, up to 2MB.
Email Branding needs your Company Profile to exist. If it doesn't, the page shows "No company settings found for this organization. Complete Company settings first."
Step-by-step instructions
These steps cover company details, logos, business hours, and each Email Branding section.
Update company contact details and timezone
To update company contact details and timezone, edit Contact information and save.
Open Settings.
Under Branding & Assets, select Company Profile.
Select Contact information in the left column.
Fill in Company name, Website, Email, Phone, Fax and Address. The Organization ID is shown for reference and can't be edited.
Choose your Timezone, or select Auto-detect to use your browser's timezone.
Select Save settings.
What happens: Broki shows "Company settings saved successfully". The timezone applies across your organization: "All org data and times use this timezone so due dates stay consistent."
Upload logos and set brand colours
To upload logos and set brand colours, use Branding, then save.
In Company Profile, select Branding.
Under each logo preview, select the button and choose a file. Light mode logo (Upload light logo / Change light logo) and Dark mode logo (Upload dark logo / Change dark logo) are shown in the app header.
Select the button under Collapsed sidebar emblem — light and Collapsed sidebar emblem — dark, and choose a file. These are a small mark used when the sidebar is collapsed. "If emblems are empty, your main light/dark logos are used when the sidebar is collapsed."
Select the button under Brokerage logo and choose a file. "Used on feature sheets (top right). Pre-selected when you generate a sheet." The recommended size is 400×200px (2:1).
Optional: turn on Show Broki logo in broker app (header) if you want the Broki logo in the broker app header instead of yours. "Client portal and all client-facing branding still use your logos above."
Adjust Logo Scale (0.5x to 3.0x) for the app header, and Client Portal Logo Scale (0.5x to 5.0x) for the client portal footer. Each has a live preview.
Under Brand colors, pick a Primary color and Secondary color. These are "Used in email templates and across the app."
Select Save settings.
Light and dark logos are used in the app header. Collapsed sidebar emblems are used when the sidebar is collapsed. The brokerage logo is used on feature sheets, top right. Client Portal Logo Scale sets the logo in the client portal footer.
Confirm it worked: your logo appears in the header after saving, and the previews show the new colours.
Set business hours
To set business hours, enter hours or Closed for each day and save.
In Company Profile, select Business hours.
For each day, type the hours, for example "9:00 AM – 5:00 PM", or "Closed".
Select Save settings.
Set email colours
To set email colours, edit Email styling and save. Broki confirms with "Campaign branding saved".
Under Branding & Assets, select Email Branding.
Select Email styling.
Set Accent color, Email text color and Email background color.
Leave Public site URL blank unless you need social icon images in emails to load from a different address.
Select Save.
What happens: Broki shows "Campaign branding saved".
Set the Apply Now and calculator links
To set the Apply Now and calculator links, use Signature CTAs. These links appear under the advisor photo in campaign emails.
In Email Branding, select Signature CTAs.
Leave Apply Now URL (override) blank to use your application link from Settings > Applications, or enter a different link.
Leave Calculator URL (override) blank to use the iOS or Android link from the client portal app banner, or enter a different link.
Select Save.
Add social profiles
To add social profiles, enter each handle under Org social fallbacks. These are used when an email has no advisor, or the advisor has not added their own.
In Email Branding, select Org social fallbacks.
Enter your handle for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and X / Twitter. You only need the handle (for example, "examplemortgages"). Broki adds the rest of the address.
Check the Active links row to confirm the profiles you entered.
Select Save.
These organization profiles are used when an email has no advisor or the advisor hasn't added their own. Each team member adds their own social and booking links in Settings > Profile.
Set reply-to, support contacts, and the legal footer
To set reply-to, support contacts, and the legal footer, use Contact & legal.
In Email Branding, select Contact & legal.
Under Contact overrides, optionally enter a Reply-to email, Support email and Support phone.
Under Legal URLs, enter your Privacy policy URL and Terms URL. Custom preference-center URL (optional) is only needed if you run your own subscription preference page; "Broki adds a per-recipient unsubscribe link automatically".
Under Footer content, enter your License disclosure and, optionally, a Footer disclaimer. If you leave the disclaimer blank, Broki uses default professional text.
Select Save.
Preview your emails
To preview your emails, open Preview. It uses your Email Branding and Company Profile, plus your own profile for the advisor row.
In Email Branding, select Preview.
Review the Email template preview. It uses a sample body with your branding from this page and Company Profile. The advisor row uses your own profile.
Copy HTML shell copies the base email layout to your clipboard, for teams that build email templates outside Broki.
Practical examples and other ways to use it
These examples show a rebrand, a shared reply-to inbox, a licence footer, and a logo that looks too small.
Rebranding. Upload new light and dark logos and emblems, update Brand colors, then update the email Accent color to match. Preview an email before sending your next campaign.
Clients reply to a shared inbox. Set Reply-to email to an address such as [email protected] so replies to campaign emails reach the whole team.
Regulatory footer. Put your licence number and brokerage name in License disclosure so it appears in the footer of campaign and template emails.
Your header logo looks tiny. Increase Logo Scale and check the Header Preview before saving.
Common mistakes and how to avoid them
These mistakes cover unsaved logos, the wrong file type, expecting Email Branding to change every email, and pasting a full social URL.
Choosing a file and not saving. Logo files upload when you select Save settings. Leaving the page first discards them.
Uploading SVG or WebP files. Only PNG and JPG are accepted. Export the logo as PNG.
Expecting Email Branding to change system emails. It applies to campaign and template emails. Your logo and Brand colors come from Company Profile.
Entering a full social URL with extra text. Enter only the handle. Check Active links to make sure each icon opens the right profile.
Troubleshooting
Use this section when you can view Company Profile but not edit it, a logo is rejected, or Email Branding will not save.
"You can view settings but do not have permission to edit them."
"You can view settings but do not have permission to edit them." means your role does not have Edit Settings.
Possible causes
Your role doesn't have Edit Settings.
To fix
Ask an admin to make the change, or to grant Edit Settings to your role in Settings > Roles & Permissions.
"Logo must be under 2MB" or "Please upload a JPG or PNG file"

Possible causes
The file is too large or in another format.
To fix
Export the logo as PNG or JPG under 2MB.
Upload it again and select Save settings.
"Storage bucket not configured. Please contact your administrator or provide a logo URL instead."
"Storage bucket not configured. Please contact your administrator or provide a logo URL instead." means logo storage is not available for your organization.
Possible causes
Logo storage isn't available for your organization.
Contact support with the exact message, the time and which logo you were uploading.
"Missing company settings row or permission" when saving Email Branding
"Missing company settings row or permission" when saving Email Branding means Company Profile is not saved yet, or your role lacks Company Settings.
Possible causes
Your role doesn't have Company Settings.
Company Profile hasn't been saved yet.
To fix
Open Company Profile and select Save settings once.
Return to Email Branding and save again.
If it still fails, ask an admin to check your role's permissions.
Tips and best practices
These tips help dark mode, due dates, and campaign footers use the branding you meant.
Upload both light and dark logos. Team members who use dark mode see the dark logo; a light logo on a dark background can disappear.
Set the timezone before anyone adds due dates. Due dates and times across the organization use it.
Fill in License disclosure early. Every campaign email then carries it automatically.
Preview after every change. The preview combines both pages, so it's the quickest way to catch a clash between colours and logo.
Limitations and important behavior
These limits describe one save button, where each logo is used, and who can edit Email Branding.
Company Profile has one Save settings button for all three sections.
The Brokerage logo is used on feature sheets. The light and dark logos are used in the app header and client-facing pages.
Show Broki logo in broker app (header) only changes the broker app header. Clients always see your logos.
Email Branding is shared by the whole organization. Each advisor's personal social and booking links come from their own profile.
Anyone with Company Settings can edit Email Branding. Remove that permission from roles that shouldn't change it.
Frequently asked questions
These questions cover where clients see your logo, whether each broker can have their own, and the Organization ID.
Where do clients see my logo? In the client portal and in emails that use your branding. Client Portal Logo Scale controls its size in the portal footer.
Can each broker have a different logo? No. Logos belong to the organization. Brokers personalize their emails with a signature in Settings > Email Signatures.
What is the Organization ID used for? It identifies your organization. You don't need to change or share it for normal use.
