1. Where to Find Company Settings

Company settings can be accessed in two ways:

Via Get Started page

Go to the Get Started page → Phase 1 → click Configure Company Settings. This opens a quick setup module.

Via Settings

Go to Settings (bottom left corner) → scroll down the sidebar → click Company Profile. This is the full settings page with all options.

The Get Started page is the recommended starting point for new accounts — it walks you through setup in phases so nothing gets missed. Company settings are Phase 1.

2. Company Details

📍 Settings → Company Profile

Fill in all relevant company details. These are used across the platform for communications, client portal branding, and documents.

Company name

Your brokerage or team name as it should appear across the platform.

Organization ID

Auto-generated — do not change this.

Website

Your company or personal website URL.

Email

Primary contact email for the company.

Phone number

Main business phone number.

Fax number

Optional — include if applicable.

Address

Your office or business mailing address.

Time zone

Set your local time zone — used for calendar features, business hours, and timestamp accuracy.

  • After filling in all details, click Save Settings to apply.

3. Logo Setup — Light Mode, Dark Mode & Collapsed Icons

Broki uses four logo slots to ensure your branding looks correct across every display mode and sidebar state. Understanding the difference between each is important before uploading.

Light mode vs. dark mode logos

Light mode logo

Displayed when the platform theme is set to light mode (light background sidebar). Use a version of your logo that is visible on a light background — typically a logo with dark text or dark elements.

Dark mode logo

Displayed when the platform theme is set to dark mode (dark background sidebar, toggled via the moon icon). Use a version of your logo that is visible on a dark background — typically a logo with white or light-colored text or elements.

⚠ If you only upload one logo and it has dark text, it will become invisible in dark mode. Always upload both a light mode and a dark mode version of your logo to ensure it displays correctly in all themes.

Collapsed sidebar icons

When the sidebar is collapsed, it displays a small icon instead of the full logo. The platform has a separate slot for this collapsed icon for both light and dark mode.

Light mode collapsed icon

The small icon shown when the sidebar is collapsed and the theme is light mode. Usually just your logo symbol or initial without the wordmark.

Dark mode collapsed icon

The small icon shown when the sidebar is collapsed and the theme is dark mode.

How to upload logos

  • Go to Settings → Company Profile → Branding section.

  • Upload your full logo in the Light Mode Logo slot and the Dark Mode Logo slot.

  • Upload your icon/symbol in the Light Mode Collapsed Icon slot and the Dark Mode Collapsed Icon slot.

  • Click Save Settings (or Save Changes) after uploading.

4. Brokerage Logo — For Feature Sheets

The brokerage logo slot is separate from your main logos and is used specifically for marketing feature sheets. If you create marketing feature sheets for your realtor partners in the Broki marketing section, the brokerage logo is what appears on those sheets.

  • Upload your brokerage logo in the Brokerage Logo field.

  • Click View Sample in the marketing feature sheet section to preview how it will appear on your feature sheets.

This logo does not affect your sidebar, client portal, or email branding — it is only used in the marketing feature sheet generator.

5. Logo Size Adjustment

After uploading your logos, you can adjust the display size if the logo appears too large or too small in the sidebar.

Sidebar logo size

  • In Settings → Company Profile → Branding section, find the Logo Size field.

  • Adjust the size value up or down.

  • Click Save Changes — the sidebar logo updates immediately at the new size.

Client portal logo size

  • The logo size in the client portal is adjusted separately.

  • To access this: go into any mortgage file → click Actions → View Client Portal → navigate to the portal settings or the logo size field at the bottom of the client portal.

The same logo is used for the client portal as configured in your company settings, but the display size in the portal can be adjusted independently from the sidebar size.

6. Brand Colors — Primary & Secondary

Your brand colors are used throughout all client-facing communications in Broki — including email templates, client portal buttons, and document styling. Setting these correctly is important for consistent professional branding.

Primary color

The main brand color. Used for buttons in the client portal, action elements in email templates, and primary styling across client-facing content. This should match your main brand color.

Secondary color

A supporting color used for secondary elements and accents in templates and communications.

How to set brand colors

  • Go to Settings → Company Profile → scroll to the Brand Colors section.

  • Click the color picker to visually select a color, or type your exact hex color code directly into the input field.

  • Set both primary and secondary colors.

  • Click Save Settings.

⚠ Your primary color affects the styling of ALL outgoing email templates and client portal buttons. Make sure it is set to your correct brand color before sending any client communications — changing it later will update all future sends but not emails that have already gone out.

The brand colors do not change the main Broki platform UI color (that is your personal theme setting). They only affect what clients see in the portal and in emails.

7. Business Hours

Business hours are used by Broki's calendar and booking features — specifically for any calendar-style booking widgets configured for your team.

  • Go to Settings → Company Profile → Business Hours section.

  • Set your standard operating hours for each day of the week.

  • Toggle days off that you are not available.

  • Click Save Settings.

You can also set business hours at the individual calendar level within specific calendar configurations — those override the company-level hours for that specific calendar. Set company hours as your baseline and adjust per calendar where needed.

8. Client Portal Logo Size

  • The client portal displays your company logo at the top of the portal interface that clients see.

  • After uploading your logo in company settings, if the size is not right in the client portal, adjust it at the bottom of the client portal settings.

  • To view the client portal and check how your logo looks: open any mortgage file → click Actions in the sticky top bar → View Client Portal.

  • The portal design and branding is the same for every client — changes to the portal branding apply universally.

9. The Get Started Page — Phase 1 Checklist

The Get Started page is your onboarding checklist. Phase 1 covers company setup and is the recommended first stop for any new Broki account.

📍 Get Started page → Phase 1: Setting Up Your Company Details and Branding

  • Click Configure Company Settings to open the quick setup module directly from the Get Started page.

  • Complete Phase 1 before moving to Phases 2–5 which cover integrations, team setup, templates, and more.

  • Additional help videos are available at the bottom of the Get Started page — you can search through them for any specific setup topic.
