1) How Billing Works

Broki is a subscription-based software platform. When you subscribe, Stripe securely processes your payment method and manages recurring billing.

Key billing notes:

  • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before your renewal date.

  • Subscription pricing does not include taxes. Applicable taxes are added at checkout and reflected on your receipt/invoice.

2) 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all subscription plans so you can try Broki with confidence.

During the trial:

  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

  • No questions asked.

After the trial:

  • Your subscription begins and your payment method is charged automatically via Stripe.

3) Refund Eligibility

We stand behind our service and aim to be fair and transparent.

What’s Covered

Refund requests may be considered if they meet the requirements below:

  • All monthly subscription plans

  • Annual subscription plans (prorated for the first month)

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase

  • Refunds apply to the first payment only

What’s Excluded

Refunds are not available for:

  • All onboarding plans and setup fees

  • Custom integration services

  • Training packages

  • Requests made after the 14-day window

  • Renewals (refund eligibility applies only to the first payment)

4) Important Refund Notes

  • Refunds beyond our 14-day trial window are not guaranteed and are not automatically owed.

  • That said, we care about doing right by our clients and may review refund requests case-by-case.

Before requesting a refund, we strongly recommend contacting support first. Many issues can be resolved quickly with training, onboarding guidance, or troubleshooting—often saving you time and helping you get full value from the platform.

5) How Refunds Are Processed

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe.

  • Stripe processing timelines vary by bank, but refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days.

  • Taxes (if collected) are handled according to applicable tax rules and the original Stripe transaction record.

6) How to Cancel to Avoid Charges

To avoid being charged after your free trial:

  • Cancel before the 14-day trial ends.

If you cancel after the trial has ended, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period (unless otherwise stated in your plan), and renewal charges will stop going forward.

7) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window, contact our support team and include:

  • Your account email (and/or business name)

  • The plan you subscribed to

  • A short reason for the request
